Our Beer

How are your beers made?

Our process is very similar to normal beer and still utilizes malted grain, hops and undergoes a full fermentation. However, by closely monitoring and adjusting variables along the way, such as temperature, we maintain very low levels of alcohol.

Are your beers gluten free?

Our beers are not gluten free. However, our Golden Lager is gluten reduced with less than 10 ppm per serving

Do your beers contain added sugar?

No, our beers do not contain any added sugar.

Are your beers vegan?

Almost all Gruvi beers are vegan friendly, except our Mocha Moment which contains lactose.

Are your beers kosher?

No, unfortunately our beers are not kosher certified.

Do your beers contain alcohol?

Yes, but only very small amounts. Our beers contain less than 0.5% ABV, the universally accepted amount for non-alcoholic beverages. This is similar to kombucha or even a ripe banana which contain a similar ABV due to natural fermentation.

Are your beers safe to consume while driving?

Because of the very low levels of alcohol and the unlikelihood of an adult becoming intoxicated, drinking our beers before driving is safe. We would recommend checking your local laws and regulations before drinking NA beer while driving, and even if legal, you may still run the risk of being mistakenly pulled over.

Are your beers safe to consume when pregnant?

Because our beers do contain small amounts of alcohol (less than 0.5% ABV), we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before partaking.

Our Wine

How is your wine made?

We start by sourcing exceptional wine from California grapes and that undergoes a typical aging process. Then we gently remove the alcohol without losing the wine’s texture or tannins, and add in fruit extracts and natural flavors to create the perfectly balanced finished product.

Why are there natural flavors in your wines?

Natural flavours are extracts from the essential oils of fruit, plants and herbs. This ingredient allows us to include many extracts in our recipe without having a long ingredient list. It also allows us to keep our recipe proprietary. Most importantly we receive the gfsi (global food safety initiative) certification for all our ingredients to ensure the highest quality and safety.

Are your wines gluten free?

Yes, all our wines are gluten free.

Do your wines contain added sugar?

No, the sugars in our wines are naturally occurring and are less than most other alc-free wines

Are your wines vegan?

Yes, all our wines are vegan friendly.

Are your wines kosher?

Our 1.0 versions Dry Secco and the Bubbly Rosé are kosher certified through the MK Kosher certification. Our other beverages are not kosher.

Do your wines contain alcohol?

The 1.0 versions of our Dry Secco and the Bubbly Rosé are completely alcohol free at 0.0%. However our other wines contain less than 0.5% ABV, the universally accepted amount for non-alcoholic beverages. This is similar to kombucha or even a ripe banana which contain a similar ABV due to natural fermentation.

Are your wines safe to consume while driving?

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

Gruvi currently ships our beverages to standard addresses in the continental US and Canada. We do not ship to P.O Boxes or APOs. If Gruvi expands our shipping options in the future, we would be happy to notify you via email. Please join our mailing list to stay updated on any changes.

How long will shipping take?

We work as quickly as possible to ensure that your order typically leaves our warehouse 24-48 hours after purchase.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
You can also expedite your order through our express shipping. For orders placed before noon, they should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12 P.M. will arrive in two business days starting from the following day.

These shipping timelines are estimates and are not guarntees, please have patience with our carrriers as we work to have your order shipped as efficiently as possible.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Our fullfillment center is fast! Which is usually a good thing but it means the window for change is very small. Once the order leaves our warehouse we can no longer make changes. Please email cheers@getgruvi.com if you have changes shortly after placing your order and we will do our best.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided. You can also check your account with us to see the status of the orders you have placed.

What is your return policy?

Please note that because Grüvi is a perishable product and considered a grocery item; we are unable to accept returns.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I've received the wrong product?

Our goal is for every customer to love their Grüvi order. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a picture and email us at cheers@getgruvi.com. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
