How is Thanksgiving already two days away?! The holidays always seem to catch up so quickly, but we want to make sure you take some time to savor the season! These next few months can make it tough to stay alcohol free, so our team whipped up a few Thanksgiving mocktails to get you through the weekend.
We hope you’re staying close to home and enjoying a delicious meal with your loved ones this year (whether it be in person or over Zoom!) Though our celebrations may feel a little different, we invite you to reflect on the things that make us grateful in life.

Cranberry Rosé Spritzer
This cranberry spritzer is a perfect pairing to your turkey dinner. Fresh rosemary and cranberries meld to make a sweet herbal syrup, and offsets the tart rosé and citrus notes. Top with candied rosemary for an aromatic treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup of honey
- Pinch of cardamon pods
- 1/2 cup elderflower cordial (optional)
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled & grated
- Orange bitters
- 2 blood oranges (regular oranges work too)
- 1 bottle Grüvi Bubbly Rosé
- Extra rosemary, for candied garnish
Instructions
- To make the cranberry syrup, combine the cranberries, honey, rosemary and cardamon in a saucepan along with a 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then continue to boil until the cranberries burst (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and strain out the rosemary and cardamon. Let cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry syrup, elderflower cordial, cranberry juice, ginger and bitters, stirring to combine. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or up to 48 hours.
- When you’re ready to serve, fill a glass with ice and pour halfway with the cranberry mixture. Top each glass with Grüvi Rosé and a slice of blood orange.
- Optional Garnish: to make a candied rosemary, wet down the sprigs and lay on a parchment covered baking sheet. Sprinkle the rosemary with sugar and allow to dry, about one hour.
