Pumpkin Secco Fizz Mocktail

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Spice Shrub (makes 5 oz.)

✨ 15 ounces pumpkin puree

✨ 1 cup light brown sugar

✨ 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

✨ 2 cups water

✨ 1.5 tablespoons pumpkin spice

✨ Large pinch of salt

✨ Honey

✨ Raw Sugar

✨ 5 ounces pumpkin spice shrub

✨ 10 ounces Grüvi Dry Secco

✨ 5 ounches plain soda water

✨ Cinnamon sticks, to garnish

Instructions:

This recipe is pumpkin masterpiece and makes 3 servings to share with your loved ones. Four steps until you're on your way to enjoying this fizzy fall mocktail:

  1. To make the pumpkin shrub, add pumpkin, sugar, vinegar, water,
    and spices to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once
    boiling, reduce heat until you achieve a steady simmer. Once
    simmering, remove from the heat and cool completely. Once cool,
    strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth
    and place in the fridge to chill.
  2. Dip the rims of 3 glasses in honey and then raw sugar.
  3. Split the cold pumpkin spice shrub between 3 glasses with or
    without ice - your preference!
  4. Add 3.5 ounces Grüvi Dry Secco to each glass and top with about
    1.5 ounces of the soda water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick!
