Say No To The Booze With These Non-Alcoholic Brunch Drinks

Say No To The Booze With These Non-Alcoholic Brunch Drinks

Next time you're hosting a brunch (or planning one for yourself at home) try mixing in some non-alcoholic brunch drinks for a spread that tastes great and makes you feel even better.

Brunch is easily the best meal of the day, no doubt about it. But between stacks of fluffy pancakes and extra crispy hashbrowns, the calories can definitely start to add up. When you add a mimosa or two, the sugar skyrockets even more.

To make our favorite meal a little lighter (and avoid a hangover) we swap out our go-to brunch drinks for non-alcoholic versions that are low sugar, all-natural, and totally delicious.

Healthy & Delicious Non-Alcoholic Brunch Drinks

Alcohol-Free Champagne Mimosa

Mixing up a batch of these classic brunch drinks is as easy as pie (and even more delicious!) If you're feeling fancy, we definitely recommend chilling your glasses for at least 30 minutes before mixing up your bevies. Opt for flute glasses if you prefer something classic or use Mason jars for a laidback vibe that's perfect for summer.

While your glasses are chilling, combine 8 ounces of your favorite Orange Juice and 4-6 bottles of Non-Alcoholic Prosecco in a pitcher or large container. Skip ice if possible, as it will water down your mocktails. Instead, chill the mixture in your fridge and then pour into frosted glasses once properly cooled. Enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé

Brunch drinks don't always have to be complicated. If you prefer to skip the recipe and sip on something simple, order a case of our alcohol-free Bubbly Rosé and put them on ice.

The individual bottles make it easy to share with friends, plus with only 60 calories and zero alcohol, you can truly Rosé All Day, Everyday.

Rosé, Lavender & Pomegranate Sour

This might be one of the prettiest mocktails we’ve featured so far. Our bubbly rosé shines alongside tart pomegranate juice and fresh lavender syrup.

This recipe also features aquafaba, which is a popular vegan alternative to using egg whites when making craft cocktails. Aquafaba foams up and gives a nice body to the drink, while avoiding any overpowering flavors.

Ingredients

2 oz of Grüvi Rosé (chilled)

.5 oz of lemon juice

1 oz of pomegranate juice

1.5 oz of lavender simple syrup

1 cup of filtered water

1 cup of cane sugar

2 tea bags of earl grey

1 ½ tbsp of dried culinary lavender

2 tbsp of aquafaba*

Instructions

  1. For simple syrup: Combine syrup ingredients together in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the flavors infuse. Discard the lavender before using it. Make-ahead to allow flavors to infuse more.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, add the aquafaba and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Add in the juices, simple syrup and fill with ice, then shake for one minute.
  4. Add Bubbly Rosé into a champagne flute or coupe glass, then strain in the juice mixture. For a fun garnish, top with cotton candy and sprinkles.

Pale Ale Lemon Shandy

It's tempting to think that every great cocktail recipe starts with either a spirit or a wine, but this unique mocktail is created with our non-alcoholic Pale Ale – a bright, full-bodied brew that goes perfectly with spring-ready lemonade.

Fresh lemon adds the traditional citrus taste, and coconut water helps to emphasize a more tropical element in each drink.

Whether it's the dead of Winter or the middle of Summer, this Refreshing Non Alcoholic Brucnh Drink will have you feeling fine in no time.

Mix up your next Saturday Brunch with a batch of freshly poured non alcoholic brunch drinks! Prefer something more simple? Try our alcohol-free Prosecco today!
